I was a guest for a bride and had the best experience. Yram is so knowledgeable and you can tell her knows what he is talking about. With how positive of an experience it was, I will definitely be coming back for myself!

My soon to be mother in law made this appointment for me because I was hesitant after finding two dresses I really liked elsewhere. Once we walked in they were immediately welcoming. They had put my name on their board even though it was last minute. Iram was the one who assisted me that day and he asked for me to pick out the dresses I liked and felt most comfortable with. He then took all of them to the dressing room and helped take care of every request without hesitation. He let me make all of the decisions while giving information on what may work the best for the dress and veil to match. He did not hesitate to try to put my hair up how I would want it on the big day so I could see the full look. I wanted to have sleeves for my dress so he helped with making sure everything matched and immediately had the makeshift sleeves ready after each dress try on. I was not overwhelmed or stressed at all and everything went very smoothly. Once I tried on the second to last dress I knew! And he did not hesitate to make sure I saw the dress in every light they had and with their greenery backdrop so I could see what it would look like with our outdoor wedding. Iram really pulled everything together for us and made the experience so intimate and easy. Even though it was a last minute decision to go he made every step was personal and exactly what I wanted. Thank you so much Iram! I am excited to come back once my dress is in for the alterations!

I had such a great experience at Bridal Gallery of Orlando. Yram was absolutely fantastic. He really knew exactly what I was looking for and was babble to pull dresses that he knew I would like before I even arrived. It was my first time trying on dresses and he made me feel so comfortable and I had so much fun

We had a wonderful experience at Bridal Gallery of Orlando. We had an appointment for first dress fitting for my daughter. We were also there to try on styles of MOB dresses not intending to purchase that day. Rachel was wonderful in helping selecting several styles. She listened, asked questions, asked about venue. We loved all of them, but still not the "one" and then out of nowhere YRAM brings the "Out of the Box" dress just to see if I liked it. Well, that was indeed the winner. Yram and Rachel are wonderful to work with. They listen, are very professional and just seem to find you "the dress" I look forward to picking up my emerald green MOB dress in April.

I had an incredible experience with Rachel at Bridal Gallery! I walked in without an appointment, and despite the short notice, they fit me in for an hour. Rachel quickly understood exactly what I wanted, and within that time, I found my dream dress - at a fraction of the cost compared to other places. To top it off, the person who canceled before me was also named Leilani, which felt like a sign it was meant to be. Rachel’s service was exceptional, and I highly recommend both her and Bridal Gallery for anyone looking for a special experience. The customer service at Bridal Gallery is amazing, 10 out of 10. I was looking for a Mother of the Groom gown. I am 56 years old and not the perfect size 8. Bethany, put me at ease with her soft spoken ways and her great taste. The choices were great. I was blessed to be the only one at the store and was able to receive added assistance from Yram. I had the pleasure of also working with Vicky and Ellie. The alterations by Ellie were perfection. They are truly one big happy family helping me feel like a queen for that special day. I wish I had more weddings so that I could see the family of Bridal Gallery again. Do you want to feel like a princess or queen? Your only choice is Bridal Gallery.

The customer service and vibe of the store 10/10. After showing Vanessa the 2 styles of dresses that I was interested in, she was able to give me 6 gowns immediately that were not only in my budget but along the style that I wanted. She even pulled a couple extra Gowns for me that were a different style than I originally was looking for but she knew would compliment my body. Vanessa made my first time dress shopping for my big day fun and enjoyable!

Vanessa was incredible! The first dress she pulled she knew it would be what i left with but she let me have my dress up moment and her patience and kindness is what sealed the deal. I love my dress and highly recommend the Bridal Gallery of Orlando to all the Orlando brides!

The bridal gallery has beautiful gowns and excellent customer service! Rachel guided me to the perfect dress that I said Yes to!! She was just the sweetest, she has a great eye for what would look good on me and what I liked. Although I didn’t go with her wild cards that she threw my way, they were stunning and close contenders. It’s a little more than what planned for money wise but still reasonable. Very excited for my day and my groom to see my dress next year! 10/10 would recommend Bridal Gallery!!!!!

Can’t speak highly enough of this place! All of the staff were incredibly sweet and attentive. The selection of dresses/variety of designers was also diverse and initially drew me into the store. I’m so grateful for my stylist Rachel! She is the absolute best! She truly took the time to understand my vision and ended up pulling my dream dress I didn’t even know existed. I had a couple of dresses in mind before coming in and came out saying yes to a different dress I love more than anything all thanks to Rachel! She was incredibly supportive, attentive, and knowledgeable. I loved my experience here and I’m even happier that I was able to come out with my dream dress. Highly recommend visiting!

Truly an amazing experience! I am struggling to find words to adequately describe Irum and Melissa. Professional, kind, knowledgeable, caring just don’t seem to be strong enough to convey my feelings. The way the entire staff participated in this experience was awe inspiring. You listened, and really heard what my daughter wanted for her elopement in Norway under the northern lights. Honestly the best experience! Thank you all so much!

Accompanied a close friend to find the wedding dress of her dreams at Bridal Gallery. From the moment we walked in, Yram was friendly, attentive, & overall ON POINT! He took the bride’s vision & made it a reality. Not only was there a phenomenal selection of dresses to choose from, but the store was organized perfectly, & Yram made the experience truly amazing.
