Bridal Gallery was our first stop, but wasn’t meant to be our only stop. However, from the moment we walked in, everyone was very friendly, gallery is really pretty and well organized, we were greeted at the front desk by Nicole, who was very nice, and accommodating. I was assigned Nic as my stylist, and she made our experience extremely special. Nic asked all the right questions, patiently helped gather dress options and then assisted me with my whole session, without any pressure, no rushing, just as pleasant as she could be, THANK YOU NIC ; ) The options seemed endless, so I absolutely found my perfect dress and of course…. SAID YES TO THE DRESS : )

I had the most amazing experience at the Bridal Gallery and truly cannot recommend them enough! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and comfortable. The staff is incredibly kind, and the store itself has such a beautiful, wide selection of dresses and designers. This made the whole process so exciting and fun, especially since I wasn’t totally sure of my style going in. What truly made this experience unforgettable was my bridal stylist, Yram. He was absolutely incredible to work with and was so attentive, patient, and genuinely listened to everything I was looking for. He gave very thoughtful suggestions without ever making me feel pressured. Every time I liked or didn’t like a dress, he somehow knew exactly what to pull next, which made the entire appointment feel effortless and actually enjoyable instead of overwhelming. I ended up finding my dream dress here, and I am beyond obsessed! I seriously cannot stop looking at pictures from my appointment, and I am so excited to wear it on my wedding day! Yram’s positivity, kindness, and expertise truly made this experience stand out from anything I’ve had elsewhere. I cannot thank him enough for making this such a special moment for me. The entire team has been incredibly helpful and supportive, even when I had questions after my appointment. I am beyond grateful for my experience and highly recommend the Bridal Gallery to any bride-to-be looking for a truly magical and stress free dress shopping experience!

Just amazing!! i bought my dress last April, it got here ahead of time, I made the mistake of taking to a different alterations place and they messed it up so bad. I called Bridal gallery up in tears and they were able to get me in and fixed my dress in less than 24 hours. Plus pressed it, and loaded it in my car for me. The had to take the whole thing apart due to the issues caused by the other alterations (see photos of it being too tight, D cups added, and broken boning, along with messing up the dress pattern) and I was blown away that they were able to do it without turning the dress into a corset style (something another place would have to be done since it was taken in too much. I am so thankful they were able to fix it. USE THE IN HOUSE TEAM!!! I got so many compliments on dress and it was such a relief. I can’t recall the name of the seamstress who fixed my dress, but if it’s in the records please post her name! Thank you so much.
