Wonderful Experience at Bridal Gallery! As the mother of the bride, I had an amazing experience at Bridal Gallery in Orlando. I first worked with Yram, who was incredibly helpful and patient—no pressure at all, even when I couldn’t decide between three dresses. When I returned two weeks later, Vicky helped me with sizing concerns, and she brought in Nancy the seamstress, who answered all my questions. Together, they came up with a great plan that put me at ease. I highly recommend this place for their fantastic service and caring staff

Outstanding experience at Bridal Gallery of Orlando!!! I have been on the hunt for a beautiful gown for my sons wedding. I went to a different bridal shop and unfortunately the choices were very limited. The sales rep was very nice but was told I would probably have to order something online. That did not thrill me. I was referred to Bridal Gallery by several women on a Rants & Raves Facebook group. From the first phone conversation with Yram to my appointment with him, his customer service was impeccable! He showed me a ton of beautiful gowns to choose from. The gown I purchased from Yram is perfect! It is everything (and more) I dreamed of for this wonderful event. I will absolutely return here if I am in need of a gown and will happily refer anyone that needs a gown to Yram and Bridal Gallery of Orlando.

Men, I know we are not allowed in here, but these ladies are special. Vicky is a woman of class and humor. She allowed me to enter cuz I had a emergency with a suit malfunction. With that being said Hannah is nothing short of an amazing seamstress. She fixed it in no time. Thank you again ladies I'm debt to you both.

Yram was amazing! I’m so glad I had him as my consultant. Incredibly patient, knowledgeable, fun and kind I couldn’t have asked for a better person to help me find my wedding dress. He kept everything so organized and kept me from getting overwhelmed. Because of him I got my “Say yes to dress” moment when the veil pops on your head and you just know you found your dress while you start to cry! It was absolutely perfect and I had a great time! My Bridal Gallery experience was amazing! I cannot say enough good things about Yram, who guided me through finding the perfect dress. He was involved and attentive, still giving me ample space to think for myself. His knowledge of the dresses was evident, and the order he had me try on dresses was well thought out, preventing me from feeling overwhelmed. He truly cares and went above and beyond for me!

Had an absolutely fantastic experience at the Bridal Gallery in Orlando. My consultant Bethany was so incredibly sweet and really listened to what I was looking for and my budget. She pulled wonderful options and the first dress she pulled ended up being THE ONE! I had tried on dresses at another salon earlier in the day and I was disappointed and worried I wouldn't find something that fit and had the details I wanted. I am a plus size girl but they never once made me feel like I had limited options because of it. They were patient with me and went above and beyond when I wanted to take time to text & facetime family who couldn't make it to the appointment. It felt like the whole staff really enjoyed celebrating the process of finding the dress with you. Yram the fashion director was also so helpful during the process and when I said yes to the dress at the same time as another bride in the salon we celebrated together! It was really special and nice to share the happiness.

This was my second stop for trying on wedding dresses. I am currently still in the process of finding “the dress” but I would 100% recommend this store. Mel was my stylist and she was so helpful with everything. I am still learning what I like/don’t like and I felt like she truly listened to me and my family.

I cannot say enough amazing things about The Bridal Gallery! I booked a VIB (Very Important Bride) appointment and brought 11 of my closest friends and family—it was such a special and unforgettable experience. The charcuterie board and champagne were absolutely delicious, and I was so touched that they even took my allergies into consideration. Bethany was incredible! She truly understood my vision from the moment we met and made the entire process feel effortless and magical. Thanks to her, I found my dream dress, and the whole appointment felt like a dream come true.
