Nancy was amazing! I can’t recommend her more; she was incredibly warm, kind, and helpful. She’s very thorough, goes over everything as many times as we needed, and then a few times more just in case (which I really appreciated, I know that the day of my wedding I’ll be scatter-brained but I KNOW that I’ll remember the entire process of properly doing up the back of the gown and the bustle for sure, even without the video of her instructions she made sure for me to get, because of Nancy’s thoroughness). This is by far the best bridal shop in Orlando! Nic was the sweetest person ever and is absolutely exceptional at her work! They fit me in a time crunch and still managed to give me a WOW experience. 10/10 experience and 20/10 stylist!

Just amazing!! i bought my dress last April, it got here ahead of time, I made the mistake of taking to a different alterations place and they messed it up so bad. I called Bridal gallery up in tears and they were able to get me in and fixed my dress in less than 24 hours. Plus pressed it, and loaded it in my car for me. The had to take the whole thing apart due to the issues caused by the other alterations (see photos of it being too tight, D cups added, and broken boning, along with messing up the dress pattern) and I was blown away that they were able to do it without turning the dress into a corset style (something another place would have to be done since it was taken in too much. I am so thankful they were able to fix it. USE THE IN HOUSE TEAM!!! I got so many compliments on dress and it was such a relief. I can’t recall the name of the seamstress who fixed my dress, but if it’s in the records please post her name! Thank you so much. ALSO to add- I got my matching veil and a 2nd dress during the black friday sale. Those were also perfect. The 2nd dress was light and easy. Loved it and made the day perfect to have something light and easy to switch into. I also took my dress in for cleaning and storage after. I got grease on it and while I still need to pick it up, the team was amazing and so kind when i brought it in.

Finding a wedding dress had been an overwhelming experience until I discovered Bridal Gallery. They have quite a selection of dresses all separated by silhouettes making it very easy to browse. They also sent me a questionnaire to complete before my trial so that they could curate the selection before my arrival which was incredibly helpful and efficient. Working with my consultant Mel, was just an incredible experience! She listened to every feedback I gave and tailored the “next dress” accordingly which made the process not only more efficient but also made me feel seen and heard. She was just wonderful and any bride would be lucky to have her as their consultant!

Yram was amazing in helping me find the perfect dress. I had been to several different bridal shops and didn't have luck in finding the dress of my dreams. Yram really listened to me and helped me pick the perfect one.

I came here to look for a wedding dress and felt very comfortable. I had Irum help me and he was very knowledgeable on the inventory that was in store and gave out great options when needed. Made looking for a dress stress free. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a dress and to get Irum to help you!

Yram, wow I can’t say enough amazing things about him. This was my first of 4 bridal shops I was posting last weekend. As this is a one of a kind experience and he made it feel that way. Yram welcomed my family and treated us with such kindness and respect. The other consultants I visited with had no experience and did not listen to my needs at all! Before I left Yram told me “you will be back” not out of cockiness, but to me I felt like he knew something I didn’t. Which I learned after my next 3 visits. I chose my dress with BG and loved every minute of the experience! Thank you Yram! Keep doing what you do!!

This place is top-notch! My daughter visited another store previously and had a poor experience, but here she was treated exactly how a true bride should be. What made our visit truly magical was our stylist, Nic. She went above and beyond, personally handling everything and making the dress reveal so special. We traveled all the way from West Volusia County, and we are so glad we did! As a wonderful bonus, they provide champagne to celebrate when you say 'yes to the dress.♥️ I highly recommend this bridal store

No need to go anywhere else! We got a last minute appointment due to dissatisfaction from another place. Our group was treated like Queens! No detail overlooked. Nic went above and beyond to help the bride with every step, every detail. She knows her job and does it very well! 100% recommend Nic and Bridal Gallery of Orlando. And.... she said yes to the dress!

Iran!!! Was so amazing!!! He literally took a vision and gave it to us, gave us so many ideas, he was very honest about prices made sure to not throw anything in surpise for us kept in budget, pinned up the dress certain ways, veils, different sleeves, he pictured what was wanted, and he was VERY patient really made our day with his knowledge in style, and the way he expressed himself and knew what was wanted, he really overdid himself and customer service was excellent, it was the 1st store that was went to to try on dresses and see what was liked and not liked, and he definitely understood the assignment and so greatful to have the service that we did, and gave us alot of reccemdations thank you so much 🙂 iran you are the man!

Nicole did an amazing job with me! This was my first time, and she instantly knew exactly what would flatter me and match my style. I absolutely loved the experience. She truly cares about what she does, takes the time to help, and makes you feel so comfortable and confident. I highly recommend her!

omg I could not be more thankful for Kim she was simply splendid! she was super helpful, respectful, knowledgeable, tasteful, classy and sweet! I believe everything happens for a reason a reason and Kim’s purpose was to help me find my dream dress which I inevitably found! she was attentive, patient and respectful of my budget without pushing me. the gallery had a lot of options, it’s clean and aesthetically cute in there. I would recommend checking it out it was the first place on my list and the last. I told myself I was going to sleep in it but once the dress finds you.. there’s no denying it. I knew it was the one just like I knew my fiance was the one.

If I could give this place a 10 I would, I want everyone to understand I’m a last minute bride and my wedding is on 8/6/26. This was my first time EVER trying on wedding gowns and Kim was able to understand my preference and she was actually the one who picked out the wedding gown that I chose. I’m so appreciative of her and her patience and understanding. Thank you so much Kim!
