Yram (I-rum) was terrific! From the time we got there and picked out some dresses to try on for my Neice, we felt like family. So welcomed and comfortable. He was so attentive and made sure he helped pick out what my Neice was looking for! He picked up on all the things she liked and didn’t like. The selection was ample, the venue was clean and we all felt right at home. She loves her dress! Isn’t that what it is all about?! Making the bride to be feel like a million bucks! I just can’t say enough! Thank you, Yram and team!!

I had a great experience at this location shopping for my wedding dress! Helen was my consultant and she was incredible! She listened to all my requests and pulled amazing dresses for me to try on. I was also able to walk through their racks of dresses and pick ones out to try. I had an appointment on a Monday and it wasn’t busy so it was a very personalized experience! All in all I highly recommend this shop for any bride!

Yram is AMAZING!!! This was my first wedding dress shopping experience (LITERALLY, 1st store I went into). I was quite overwhelmed when I realized how many dresses I chose to try on. Yram reassured me (paraphrasing) that we would nail the likes and dislikes of each dress one step at a time, knock this experience out, with no stress. WOW did Yram mean that! Which I AM SOOOO GRATEFUL FOR! My experience was sooooo easy & enjoyable. We found the dress for me, yet I had other dress appointments to go to so I didn't walk out with the dress right then and there. However, I DEFINITELY WENT BACK FOR IT!!! All my other dress experiences after was NOTHING compared to how supported I felt by Yram and the dress. Thank you Yram!!! You are a GEM!

Bethany was an absolutely WONDERFUL consultant. She was super attentive and sweet. She seemed genuinely interested in me and getting me my dream gown. I had went to a few Bridal spots before this one and they were okay but the experience at this one definitely beat them all and that’s mostly due to her and the team. Bethany drew the best dresses for me and always asked/did what was most comfortable for me. Such as whether or not I wanted her in the changing room with me the whole time or just for zipping up, or if my party and I wanted Champaign or sparkling cider. I appreciate her help and this boutique a lot. They also let you look through the dresses and choose any that catch your eye to try on as well. I absolutely LOVE my dress but the two I’m posting below were very close seconds. It was the first bridal store where I genuinely felt split on what to choose, but I’m so happy with what I got. Also, it was really cool that they made things personal by adding your name and wedding date to their visit board next to the photo op. Makes the whole experience feel that much more personal. I felt cared for and this will definitely go down as one of my favorite memories. Thanks again Bethany!

Bridal Gallery came highly recommended and I can see why! Hands down the best experience. I went to 3 locations total, 1 other was also great but bridal gallery hit it out of the park! Yram was absolutely amazing!!! He listened to what I was looking for, patient with me showing photos and so helpful during the trying on process. Ultimately the dress i said yes to was his pick!! His experience shines, truly cannot say enough good things about him. Look no further and book your appointment, you won’t regret it!

I could not have been happier with my experience at The Bridal Gallery. Vanessa was truly so wonderful and made finding my perfect wedding dress so easy. She immediately asked my budget and was always upfront and didn’t try to upsell me on anything. She was patient, took her time, and was so much fun to work with! I went somewhere else after my appointment and immediately came back to The Bridal Gallery. I knew I found the one, so I had to say “yes to the dress” with The Bridal Gallery!

I recently found my wedding dress at Bridal Gallery and I am forever thankful. I had a phenomenal experience from the moment I walked in the door. My stylist, Mel, made my experience so special. She went above and beyond every step of the way. She was patient, kind, and truly helped me envision that day. The whole staff assisted by pulling not only their veils to choose from but a bouquet for me to hold. Mel also put my mom and sister in dresses so I could see the dress I fell in love with alongside the color my bridesmaids will wear. It helped me feel comfortable with taking the step and saying yes to that dress. Mel and this bridal shop is the best of the best! I would recommend them to any bride looking for the one!

Had my first bridal appointment at the Bridal Gallery with Yram who was amazing! The service was incredible even starting previous to the appointment when he called to discuss my vision and style. When we got there the next day, everything was ready to go with dresses already pulled. Yram went above and beyond during the appointment to help me hone in my vision and articulate what I did and did not like about each dress. Would definitely recommend!

I SAID YES!! I am BEYOND grateful to have visited the Bridal Gallery Orlando to find the most important gown I will ever wear! I learned of Bridal Gallery actually from my dad who often drives past it for work. This was the first bridal shop I visited on my journey of finding my gown. I stayed open-minded and tried on a little bit of everything with the help of my bridal stylist, Bethany, who was fantastic! My mom and I went on a Sunday afternoon where it was not too busy but with a few other brides trying on. Also they play Disney music on Sundays which really made my first experience so magical. Putting on a wedding gown and seeing yourself in it while Beauty and the Beast comes on...unmatched. Although I was not the only bride there, Bethany and the staff made me feel like I was. I felt so comfortable and everyone was so personable which really helped calm my nerves. I did not walk out with my dress the first time but did shop around to a couple other places for the experience and to narrow down my preferences. Yram, who is the fashion director, encouraged us to have the experience of trying out some other boutiques but ensured that we would come back. And he was right! But truly, the level of service, friendly personalities, and calming environment I experienced at Bridal Gallery Orlando was not comparable! Once I narrowed down what I was looking for for my dress, I called Bridal Gallery Orlando and asked if they had the dress I was looking for and they did and were actually able to accommodate me coming in the next day at 5PM. When I got there, they had the gown pulled for me, helped me create the vision I was going for and it was a done deal! Bethany was there for my second appointment and encouraged me to try different accessories which I would not normally go for but made it fun to explore! As a gal that typically does not like trying on clothes when shopping, Bethany made the experience so fun and seamless! We then popped champagne and celebrated checking this off my lengthy wedding to-do list! On top of that we stayed in my budget!! For reference on what timing looks like, my wedding is December 2025 and my particular dress is being ordered this month (March) and should be here by August, giving me enough time for any alterations. I also want some customizations that can be done through their on-site seamstresses. If you are going in blind to wedding dress shopping, or even if you know exactly what you want, I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Bridal Gallery Orlando! I can honestly say this was my first and last stop on my wedding gown journey and from a place my dad suggested no less! Here's to saying YES to the dress at Bridal Gallery Orlando! Rachel was amazing! She made this the best experience after searching high and low for my wedding dress. She was so sweet and patient with me and made sure I saw every angle and different lighting before picking the perfect dress! I highly recommend making an appointment at Bridal Gallery!

My experience at Bridal Gallery was absolutely fantastic! They had an amazing, wide selection, which made things much easier for me as I had no idea what I wanted. Vicky was a huge part of my day, and honestly the experience wouldn’t have been as positive without her!! Highly recommend Bridal Gallery and would recommend asking for Vicky! I came wedding dress shopping here and had such an amazing experience. Rachel was my stylist and she was so incredibly helpful from before I even walked in! I was looking for a very specific dress and she truly went above and beyond to help me. Everyone there made me feel so special at my appointment, especially shopping alone. Although I did find my dream dress elsewhere, the dresses I tried on were gorgeous.

Rachel was an amazing help and I found the perfect dress for my wedding. She had great insight on ther perfect veil to complement the dress too.

We had a wonderful experience at Bridal Gallery with Yram and found the one! From the moment we started with him, he was leaps and bounds above the other shops in the area. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about solutions on some dresses that were nearly perfect. She ultimately went with one he suggested even though it wasn’t what she originally had in mind.
